The photo was taken in 1933 when Grandfather Ira and his daughter Ethel revisted their childhood home in Illinois, in an area known as Pleasant Hill which was a farming community between Virden and Girard, Ill. The young lady and small child in the photo are unknown. The house was moved to a different location in Pleasant Hill in 1950. See map of the area. |
