House located at 205 E. Myrtle Street in Angleton, Texas (Lot 11 to 13, Block #25), owned by Mary M. Gray in 1962. This house was originally the Thomas Douthit house. This brick 7-room, two-story residence was built in 1905 on blocks. It had 2 rooms and a bath upstairs. It had a gable composite roof with dormer. It had gas heating and pine wood floors. The inside was plastered and in fair condition in 1962. The house had 1272 sq. ft, with a 240 sq. ft. screen porch. |
