Showing boundaries of a tract of 441.7 Acres of vacant land surveyed for F.M.Harvin, with connections from the well-known S.E. corner of S.F.Austin League No. 2; and S.E. Corner of the McDermott League. Also sections No. 3&4 Houston Tap & Brazoria Railroad. Surveyed and platted according with their calls for Austin and Bastrop Bayous, said bayous being platted from actual meanders. Surveyed June 24th and 25th, 1905. Variation 8 degrees 50 minutes east. Scale 1000 varas = 1 inch. J. L.
